The bed was good, and the room was clean, but the service left much to be desired. The check-in process was frustrating, with long wait times and a staff member who didn't seem to care about guest needs. I was left waiting while he took a break, and several others abandoned their plans to check in. Although I appreciated the cleanliness of the dated room, the overall poor service overshadowed any positives.

The double room we stayed in was cozy and the bed felt like a cloud after a long day of travel. Even though we didn’t get to try the pool, I appreciated having a fridge to keep drinks cold. A bit more attention to room cleanliness would’ve made a big difference, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

We encountered lots of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly, which was frustrating. Although the room had a nice bed, it wasn't very clean, and the photos online didn't match the reality. There was no microwave, only a refrigerator that froze our food. The only light source was a dim table lamp.
